I think the two changes at 10 and 12 have really hampered the Wallabies cohesiveness in attack, but in reality they haven’t had too much time with the ball in hand thanks to Argentina’s dominance.

I can see O’Connor coming on between 10 and 15 minutes into this half just to get some control back – if nothing significant happens before then.

The Wallabies have been second best in almost every facet so far, as Argentina have all the momentum.

The Wallabies are just not clicking at the moment, those key changes in midfield not working all that well, with Tane Edmed having a horror show of a first half and Hunter Paisami not linking well with Suaalii, despite having a few decent runs.

But as he did so we was clattered by Marcos Kremer and is isolated.

Harry Wilson is upset about a playing being cleaned out off the ball and is having another whinge about it – he needs to be careful because he’s talking over the referee here has he’s trying to explain to him.

The kick is good regardless and it’s 19-7.

Really good battle there in the air between Isgro and Toole, with the Argentine winger wanting a penalty but it was a fair contest.

The referee is looking at Harry Wilson’s tackle on Gonzalo Garcia, the TMO has asked the referee to have a look.

It’s shoulder to shoulder for me before any head contact with the bicep, and Gonzalo Garcia did drop down late on and that’s what the referee says too.

Los Pumas are moving the ball really nicely and using every inch of the turf here.

But Rodrigo Isgro could not gather cleanly what was a really poor pass out wide and put his foot in touch.

He gets back after Argentina move the ball to the left and make some great metres as a result.

There is a lovely, deft kick and then Los Pumas are asking for a penalty for shepherding – never going to get that – and Slipper of all people is back there to mop up.

It will be an Argentine line out.

That’s great defence from Argentina.

But the Wallabies would have hoped for better.

Argentina move the ball out wide, there’s a collision out wide that has Wilson arguing with the referee about, and then Argentina look a mile offside.

But it’s let go.

That’s huge!

From the scrum Hunter Paisami blew a hole in the Argentine line and powered his way past the 22.

That got the Wallabies on the front foot and with good hands moved the ball left.

The Wallabies looked like they had a man out wide but Edmed switched the play and kicked to the corner for the 50:22.

Wow what a break from Los Pumas!

It all started from Mateo Carreras’s bullocking run down the left.

Los Pumas moved the ball right and had a three on one down the wing only for the Wallabies to suddenly appear in numbers as if by magic to make the stop.

Los Pumas hammered at the line and came very, very close through Montoya.

But then it was Mateo Carreras who just knocked the ball on, dropping it cold with a massive overlap outside him.

Massive blown chance for the Argentines.

And his is the only opinion that matters.

Edmed does really well to gather the long kick – but then throws an offload to Billy Pollard that he didn’t need to throw.

Harry Wilson reckons there was a high tackle, and is pressing his case far more than he should be given the referee has made his decision: “Are you sure?” Wilson says.

It was Marcos Kremer who slammed into Billy Pollard.

It’s not a foul and the Wallabies skipper will need to temper this constant questioning or else risk getting a reputation as a whinger.

The kick from Carreras is good and it’s 16-7 to Argentina now.

That’s a shame for the Wallabies.

Hunter Paisami made a really nice break after a powerful run from Valetini.

However, he passed into the space where he hoped Suaalii would be, but he had stayed wide and not cut inside.

The Argentines move the ball left but Guido Petti can’t find Carreras with his pass.

Argentina are going through the phases really nicely and putting the Wallabies defence under all sorts of pressure.

But it only takes one moment and lapse to get Taniela Tupou the chance to get over the ball and, as you’d expect, Los Pumas don’t have a fork lift on pitch to dislodge him.

Carreras puts a kick up into the corner that just doesn’t quite sit up for Mateo Carreras.

That was a dangerous kick but it will be a Wallabies defensive line out on the 5 metre line.

The fifth penalty against the Wallabies and this one has denied the Argentines a try scoring opportunity!

Max Jorgensen stuck a hand out and knocked the ball on trying an intercept with two Argentine players outside him.

The Argentinians have a penalty and they’re sending it to the corner.

A poor kick from the Argentinians but Nic White and Tane Edmed get in each others way trying to catch it.

That’s really not great from Edmed, and White is letting him know.

The Argentines will have a scrum.

Our refereeing team is sending this up as no try as Rob Valetini reaches over a couple of tackles.

It came after a huge crash ball from Hunter Paisami and then Taniela Tupou coming very close.

But Valetini knocks the ball on.

Both teams are really up for this.

The Argentines are really aggressive with their defensive line and, although the Wallabies are being a bit more standoffish in the defensive line, they’re still making plenty of massive hits.

James Slipper made a good strong run that put the Wallabies on the front foot.

That’s a great carry from the veteran prop.

Luciano Cinti tries to pilfer the ball on the ground but is called for not releasing.

Meanwhile, Santiago Chocobares is down after copping a knee in the head and will no doubt need a bit of treatment.

This is a very kickable penalty, but Edmed puts it into the corner, 7 metres out.
