KIM KARDASHIAN’S FOUR KIDS GRANTED PROTECTION FROM STALKER

Kim Kardashian’s four children are now protected from a man she says has stalked her for years.

Back in July, the reality star asked a judge to add North West, Saint West, Chicago West and Psalm West to her restraining order against Nicholas Costanza.

TMZ reports that her request was granted on Sept. 10, with the protection remaining in effect until Aug. 3, 2031.

Kardashian first obtained a restraining order against Costanza in 2021 after alleging that he repeatedly showed up at her gated community.

In court documents filed at the time, Kardashian claimed Costanza appeared at her property on multiple occasions. During one incident, he allegedly told security that he was there to pick her up for dinner.

Her security team later intercepted a package allegedly sent by Costanza containing a diamond ring and Plan B emergency contraception.

Kardashian claimed he had been targeting her online as well. Costanza allegedly posted what appeared to be a fake marriage certificate and messages suggesting that Kardashian was waiting for him.

A judge granted Kardashian the five-year restraining order in July 2021.

Months later, the situation reportedly escalated when Costanza allegedly returned to Kardashian’s gated community despite the order. TMZ reported in October 2021 that security detained him before police arrived. He was arrested and booked on a felony stalking charge.

As the original order neared its expiration, Kardashian’s attorneys, Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels, argued that the protection was still necessary.

Her legal team cited messages Costanza allegedly sent in violation of the order and argued that his behavior had not improved.

Court documents reportedly detailed another incident in 2024 in which Costanza allegedly entered a home he claimed he had purchased with Kardashian and instructed her to meet him there with her entire family.

Kardashian subsequently asked that her children be specifically included in the renewed protection order.

North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm are Kardashian’s four children with ex-husband Ye.
