These easy chicken skewers are full of complex flavors, but easy to throw together. Marinate the chicken ahead of time to make them even faster to pull together!

In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except the chicken.

Thread the marinated chicken, pepper and onion alternately onto skewers, aiming for 4-5 chicken pieces per skewer.

These skewers taste extra good slathered in tzatziki sauce. Here’s my easy recipe from my Greek meatballs post.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cucumber (finely chopped)
Combine all of the ingredients together. You can also blend them if you prefer it smooth.
