The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot and humid weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Sunday.
Extremely hot and humid weather is expected to hit South Sinai, the Red Sea mountain trail, and North Upper Egypt.
Wind will occur occasionally in most parts of Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
Moderate and humid weather is also predicted to prevail across the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 35°C in Cairo, 32°C in Alexandria, 31°C in Marsa Matruh, 37°C in Sohag, 41°C in Qena, and 43°C in Aswan.
