The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the start dates for the 2026/27 Colts Football Season across the country’s ten Regional Football Associations.

The season will begin on October 31, 2026, with the Greater Accra and Brong Ahafo Regional Football Associations scheduled to lead the opening round.

The Volta and Central regions will commence their campaigns on November 14, followed by Ashanti, Upper West, Upper East and Eastern on November 21.

Western Region will begin its season on November 28, while the Northern Region is scheduled to kick off on December 15.

The Colts Football Season remains an important part of the GFA’s youth development strategy, providing a platform to identify and nurture young talent at the grassroots level.

The competition is designed to help develop players for Ghana’s national youth teams and elite football academies.

The GFA expects the Regional Football Associations to ensure a smooth and successful start to the season in their respective regions.
