Ghanaian female musician, Wendy Shay, has urged her fellow Ghanaian musicians to be grateful to Nigerian musicians for drawing the world’s attention to the music industry in Africa.
Ms. Shay, the ‘Survivor’ and ‘Haters In Tears’ hitmaker made the call in her social media post sighted by www.africanentertainment.com.
She wrote: “Ghanaian artistes should thank Nigerian Artistes, for bringing the world’s attention to Africa…through afrobeats.”
She went on to call on Ghanaian musicians to “wake up.”
