IAB New Zealand and Kantar New Zealand have launched Nickable Slides, a new quarterly programme of free, downloadable presentation slides built on local research and insights.
Each quarterly release gives IAB New Zealand members local, citable evidence on a trending topic, ready to drop straight into presentations or pitch decks.
Inspired by IAB Australia’s Nickable Slides, the initiative has been adapted for the New Zealand market with Kantar as the data and insights partner.
Further releases will follow quarterly, each covering a different topic across the New Zealand digital advertising landscape. The debut release focuses on AI search, drawing on a 2026 Kantar New Zealand survey of 1,000 New Zealanders.
The slides examine how New Zealanders are adopting AI chatbots for search, how usage differs by platform, age and other demographics, and how much they trust the information those tools return.
Quality data
Key findings show 74% of New Zealanders have used an AI chatbot in the past two months, with intended use set to grow further across every category tested. The full breakdown, including platform preference, audience differences and trust levels, is available to IAB New Zealand members.
