Intro Investments Holding (Dubai) announced a partnership and management agreement with Mona El Helw for its real estate development arm, M squared. Under the agreement, Mona becomes a partner in M squared and takes on its management as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 November 2026.
Mona brings 25 years of experience across real estate and investment banking. Before her new tenure, she served for five and a half years as Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG). Earlier, she was Chief Commercial Officer at Palm Hills Developments.
The partnership aligns M squared’s leadership with its shareholders around a long-term growth plan. Mona will lead the company’s strategy, project delivery and expansion, with a mandate to build M squared into one of the region’s leading real estate developers over the coming years.
