The Lakers Big 3 started the first preseason game against the Kings. Having played just 23 games together last year, the three superstars are yet to be fully comfortable playing on the same team.
After the game LeBron James stressed the importance of time spent playing together with Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook. “Like I told you guys on Media Day, it’s all about time,” the four-time NBA champion said.
“The more time and more minutes we can log on the floor, the more comfortable we can become. Like I said last year, 23 games is not enough even to see what we’re capable of. Hopefully, we can surpass that this year.”
