Manly Sea Eagles pride jersey bungle ‘fault’ of club administration

It’s unfortunate there was an assumption by the club that everyone in the Manly Sea Eagles team was somehow going to agree to wear the pride jersey, Sky News contributor Daisy Cousens says.

Ms Cousens said the pride jersey is as much a political statement nowadays as it is about inclusivity.

“Why was there just seemingly no consultation with the players at all,” Ms Cousens said.

“This is the fault of the administrators.”
