The partnership aims to create a seamless experience for renters while delivering gains for professional property managers across New Zealand.

It will allow tenants to find rental properties, book viewings and make applications directly through OneRoof, while giving property managers a smarter, more efficient service at no cost.

Automates rental process

For those property managers, many of whom oversee portfolios of 100 properties or more, the integration automates the earliest and most time-consuming steps of the rental process: coordinating viewings and fielding applications.
