Sam Kerr has been found not guilty of racially abusing a London police officer, the Press Association reports.
A British jury returned the unanimous verdict about 2pm on Tuesday (1am on Wednesday AEDT), finding the Australian soccer star and Matildas captain not guilty.
The 31-year-old Chelsea striker had denied causing racially aggravated harassment after she called police constable Stephen Lovell “stupid and white” during an incident in south-west London on January 30, 2023.
