All eight Betway Premiership fixtures are scheduled for 19:30. Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs headline the two-day programme.
MAMELODI SUNDOWNS VISIT TS GALAXY
Kabo Yellowfinally begin their Betway Premiership campaign on Tuesday night. The reigning African champions travel to face TS Galaxy at Mbombela Stadium.
The fixture was originally the subject of a venue request from TS Galaxy. The club wanted to move the match to Solomon Mahlangu Stadium, but the Premier Soccer League rejected the request. The game will therefore go ahead in Nelspruit.

Polokwane City will host Stellenbosch FC at Seshego Stadium, while Chippa United welcome Richards Bay to Dobsonville Stadium. At Royal Bafokeng Stadium, Marumo Gallants face newly promoted Kruger United.
Wednesday brings another set of heavyweight fixtures. Orlando Pirates travel to Durban to face AmaZulu at Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium after opening their title defence with a 2-0 win over Milford.
The Buccaneers will want another positive result, but AmaZulu will provide a much tougher test on home soil. The Durban side will be determined to make their home advantage count against the defending champions.
KAIZER CHIEFS HOST SEKHUHUNE UNITED IN THE BETWAY PREMIERSHIP
Kaizer Chiefs return to FNB Stadium on Wednesday when they face Sekhukhune United. The Amakhosi will be looking to continue their strong start after beating Kruger United 3-1 in their opening league fixture.
The match comes just days after Kaizer Chiefs suffered a 1-0 defeat to Lamontville Golden Arrows in the MTN8 quarter-final. Sekhukhune United will therefore provide another test as Chiefs look to quickly recover from that disappointment.
There is also a KwaZulu-Natal derby at Chatsworth Stadium, where Durban City take on Lamontville Golden Arrows. Golden Arrows enter the match with confidence after eliminating Chiefs from the MTN8.
The final Wednesday fixture sees Milford host Siwelele at Richards Bay Stadium. Both sides will be looking for an important result as they continue their early-season campaigns.
The midweek schedule promises two nights of major Betway Premiership action, with every match kicking off at 19:30 CAT.
