Samuel Chukwueze scored a goal and assisted another to help Villarreal secure a 4-3 win in their Europa Conference League opener against Lech Poznan.
The Super Eagles winger was on for 80 minutes at Estadio de la Ceramica as Villarreal secured a 4-3 comeback win on Thursday.
Lech Poznan scored the first goal of the game through Michal Skoras who was assisted by Mikael Ishak in the second minute of the game.
Samuel Chukwueze scored a beautiful volley to equalize for the home team in the 32nd minute of the game – Johan Mojica sent the lovely ball to Samu.

Four minutes later, Villarreal scored the second goal through Alex Baena who was assisted by Jose Luis Morales.
Alex Baena completed his brace in the 40th minute after Samuel Chukwueze set him up with a fine pass.

Two minutes into the second half Mikael Ishak from the spot-kick reduced Lech Poznan deficit.
Mikael Ishak equalized for Lech Poznan in the 61st minute, and Michal Skoras whom he assisted for the first goal returned the favour.
Samuel Chukwueze was subbed off in the 80 minutes to the applause of the home fans before Francis Coquelin scored the winner in the 89 minutes of the game.
