Feeling stressed about the week ahead? No wahala! Here are 7 easy tips to help you win at work all week long:
Have a clear distinction between work and off-work:
This may sound difficult because everyone mixes both workspace and personal life space. However, if you must be free from mental stress, you should abandon those work emails when you are not supposed to be working. Leave work emails and calls, for when you’re officially on the clock. A clear head is a winning head!
A bit of exercise:
Exercise has been underrated for far too long. Take a ten-minute walk, to your bus stop before you take a ride to your office. Wake up early have some push-ups, and stretch your hands and legs. You will come back feeling stronger, and less stressed
Celebrate your wins no matter how small:
Did you achieve anything today at the office, or the previous day, celebrate, all day. When you are praised by your colleagues for doing something beautiful, smile big time, this has been proven to free people from stress. Didn’t finish everything today? No worries! Celebrate the things you did get done, big or small. Finished a report? Aced a presentation? You’re doing great!

Surround yourself with the right people:
Your productivity solely depends on the team you surround yourself with. It doesn’t have to be the whole people at the office, but get a little group that clicks with you. Surround yourself with colleagues who make you happy. Chat, laugh, and help each other out. Positivity is like pepper soup – it warms the soul!
Healthy body, happy mind:
Eat right, and drink enough water. Ditch the sugary treats and stay hydrated with water. Eating healthy keeps your energy up and stress down. You got this!
