Serving face! 90 Day Fiancé alum Larissa Dos Santos Lima has undergone at least $72,000 worth of plastic surgery amid her transformation and is always eager to share the latest procedures to enhance or alter her look with fans.
“A successful woman is one that can build a firm foundation with bricks others have thrown at her,” Larissa previously wrote after showing off the results of her non-surgical nose job.
The reality star, who now calls Las Vegas her home after living in Colorado Springs, also shared more photos on her Stories and revealed her face was done by Heather Rohrer MPAS, PA-C at the Center for Aesthetic Medicine & Human Performance in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The social media star has continued to be an open book about the procedures she has tried following her debut on the show. “The reason that I [went under the knife] is because as you know, I have a family in Brazil, I have a boyfriend who is 28 years old and I am exposed daily on social media,” the Brazilian bombshell told Life & Style in September 2020. “People have haters but the lovers, they ask you what procedures you use, what clothes that [you have] on. So, I want to look good for myself and to make money to send to Brazil and to make a living here.”
Back in July 2019, she underwent a “Kimmy K makeover” with the goal of having a more voluptuous behind, and they used 10 viles of Sculptra filler to obtain her desired look. During the season 5 premiere, the mom of two kept it real about the other work she had done and discussed how confident it made her feel.
“I lose weight,” she shared in a June 2020 episode of the TLC spinoff. “I did butt to make it bigger. I did Botox. I did my nose. I did my lips. I did my cheekbones. I did my chin. I am a new woman and I feel very happy.”
Even though some fans tried to throw shade at the star by saying she looks like the Kardashians now, she let naysayers know their shady remarks aren’t dulling her shine.
Larissa shared that another “body modification” that she underwent in September 2021 was a tattoo removal. While Larissa admitted that she had “no regrets for getting them in the first place,” she said she wants “my skin free of ink and a bit low-key.”
However, not all of Larissa’s procedures have been a positive experience. In July 2022, the mom of three opened up about a botched procedure she was “scared and embarrassed to speak out” about.
According to Larissa, she had an enhancement procedure that ended with her belly button being “removed and disposed without my consent.”
Following the trauma of her botched procedures, Larissa opened up during a Instagram Story Q&A in September 2022 telling fans that she’s “pretty happy” with her body now and she’s “done” with cosmetic procedures.
“Just sometimes I think, like, if my waist was still small like it is when I pose — but, you know, this is like insanity because going under the knife to have a smaller and smaller waist, when are you going to stop,” she responded after a fan asked if she’s planning for any more surgeries. “I want to enjoy my life now … without being worried how I look like,” she added.
Larissa was first introduced to fans on season 6 of 90DF with her ex-husband, Colt Johnson. The former flames tied the knot in June 2018, but struggled with relationship issues until they finalized their divorce in April 2019. She has since parted ways from her latest ex, Eric Nichols, and announced she was fired from the network in September 2020.
Despite her exit from the franchise, Larissa said she is “happy” to forge her own path!
