By clearing UGC NET in 12 subjects, Laxman Singh, a resident of Muzaffarnagar, marked his place in India’s academic history and became India’s most technically qualified person. Last year, Laxman Singh broke the national record by clearing NET in 11 subjects. And this time again he has broken his own record by passing NET in 12th subject Comparative Religion Studies. For this achievement, his name has been registered in the India Book of Records.

Even after failing in two subjects in the first year, managed to pass the entrance examination of Master in International Relations from JNU in the third year.
