Nick Cannon definitely does have a lot of kids by multiple women. Because of this, the Wild ‘N Out host has been mocked, made fun of, ridiculed, admonished and more. Well, there is one entertainer that stands behind him “1,000 percent.” In a recent appearance on The Zeze Millz Show, the 49-year-old Senegalese-American singer said that he supports Nick Cannon having a lot of children.
Akon was asked by Millz in the interview, “Do you agree with Nick Cannon and his spreading of his seed?”
The “Lonely” singer responded, “I agree with him 1,000 percent. That’s how life is supposed to be. Why not? He’s rich. He’s responsible. He takes care of every one of those children. And the baby mothers are with it. And they hurt for nothing. And they live comfortably.”
Millz pushed in the interview stating that financial support isn’t the only thing that a father provides for his children.
Akon fired back in defense of Cannon, stating that, “He’s there for every one of them. He’s there for every single one of those kids. I got nine [kids] and I’m there for every one of mine.”
Recently, Cannon himself touched upon the same topic saying that, he feels guilty about not spending enough time with his kids.
The father of soon-to-be 12 children said in an interview with Dr. David Agus on an episode of Paramount+’s The Checkup with Dr. David Agus that, “Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children. One ’cause I’m constantly working and two because I’m just spread thin.”
Cannon shares three children with Abby De La Rosa. He is also father to 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey. Cannon shares five-month-old son Legendary Love with model Bre Tiesi. He is father to 11-week-old daughter Onyx Ice Cole with former Price Is Right model Lanisha Cole. Model Brittany Bell and Cannon share 10-week-old son Rise Messiah, five-year-old son Golden Sagon, and 23-month-old daughter Powerful Queen.
The “Eyes Closed” singer is expecting baby number 12 with Alyssa Scott, who is also mother to his son Zen. Zen passed away when he was just five-months-old last year from a rare form of brain cancer.
