The village of Kemenuh is in Gianyar which is only around a 30-minute drive from destinations like Ubud. The seaside town of Sanur is approximately 45 minutes away, while you can look to combine your trip with a tour of the Sukawati area and a visit to the Tegenungan Waterfall.

Those heading to the Kemenuh Butterfly Park will find garden enclosures with flowers that provide the perfect picturesque setting for hundreds of butterflies of diverse species. The enclosures feature netted canopies giving you the freedom to walk around and see these colourful winged insects. Don’t miss spotting species such as Papilio Peranthus as well as Attacus Atlas (or the Atlas moth), the largest moth on the planet!
