Scrub fire in Wellington’s Oriental Bay extinguished

Fire and Emergency NZ has extinguished a small scrub fire in Wellington’s Oriental Bay.

The fire occurred on New Year’s Eve.

FENZ said two fire appliances attended the fire, which no longer posed any problems.

It has not yet been established what the cause of the fire was.
