Snow Gathers on Roads Near Harvard University

Light snow covered the streets near Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on Monday morning, January 16. Footage posted by Peter Bowden showed snow falling on Massachusetts Avenue. A Special Weather Statement was in place covering Boston and Cambridge on Monday morning, with the National Weather Service in Norton warning of slippery roads caused by a mixture of snow, sleet, and freezing rain.
