If you love something, let it go. If it comes back, it’s truly yours. This can apply for NBA teams.
That’s what they say, anyway. Presumably, the thing (or person) that you let go came to realize they needed you. If that’s what happens, they’ll come back.
One wonders if Kevin Durant ever thinks about the Golden State Warriors. Life was good for Durant in Golden State. It hasn’t been so good for him in Brooklyn.
Gone are James Harden and Kyrie Irving. Enter Ben Simmons, Spencer Dinwiddie, and Dorrian Finney-Smith.
By now, it’s surely occurred to Durant that he’d be competing for the championship on an annual basis if he’d stuck with the Warriors.
Could he go back to them?
