Country Fire Authority loses almost 10,000 operational volunteer firefighters

Sky News Reporter Holly Edwards-Smith says the Country Fire Authority has lost almost 10,000 operational volunteer firefighters in the last decade.

“A 2020 merger between the metropolitan fire brigade and the CFA could have played a part in the decline,” Ms Edwards-Smith said.
