These are as tasty as they are adorable! They say we first eat with our eyes, right. Then feast your eyes, and imagine the layers of flaky crust, followed by the salty cheese and ham and the garlicky spinach, topped off with the perfect sweet smoky-ness from the barbecue sauce.

Puff Pastry- You can choose to make your own from scratch, but I’ll be honest, that is not a labor of love I am willing to go through. I buy mine already made in well stocked supermarkets. Ham and Spinach Love Pies
Cute and cheesy, perfect to impress!
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 Sheet Puff Patry
- 1 small onion Finely chopped
- 5 strips Ham Replace with bacon
- 5 cups Spinach roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup Mozarella/Cheddar cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- Blackpepper
Instructions

Cook the ham or bacon.Once cooked, cut into small and set aside.

In the same pan, Cook the onions in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil until almost golden brown.

Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the spinach and cook for about 5 minutes until wilted and cooked.

Spread out the puff pastry and cut out shapes.

Start by brushing some barbecue sauce or your sauce of choice to the bottom layer piece.

Add the sauté spinach, ham and a generous amount of cheese.

Place another cut out piece on top to cover. Use a fork to press and seal the sides.

Brush the egg on top to enhance the golden brown color upon baking.

Make 2 small holes at the top for the air to escape during baking.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes until the top is nice and golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite sauce!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Granola
- 2 cups Sweetened Yoghurt
- 1 cup Mixed berries
Instructions

Clean the berries and cut off the strawberry stems

Layer the ingredients, starting with the granola.

On top of the granola, add the sweetened yoghurt, then the berries and repeat.

Top with mint or your garnish of choice and enjoy!
