Organised by eLearningMinds and Asia Learn Hub Marketplace, and co-hosted by Asian Banking School, the two-day event carried the theme “Empowering People. Speakers included Nick Gonios, vice president of learning transformation and company ambassador at TalentLMS; David Anderson, director of customer training at Articulate; Andy Andrews, CEO and co-founder of Lexonis; Kevin Chan, CEO of Epitome; John Huang, head of APAC at Vimeo; and Keith Ng, CEO of Gametize. The event was supported by Diamond Sponsor TalentLMS, alongside Articulate, Epitome, MasterSoft, Gametize, ClassIn, Genashtim, Training Orchestra, Colossyan and Vimeo.
Across talks, panel discussions, mini masterclasses and think tank roundtables, speakers and delegates explored how AI can help L&D teams design, deliver and scale learning. A recurring theme was the need to pair these tools with human judgement: understanding employees’ existing capabilities, recognising potential and creating opportunities for people to grow.

Sessions spanned learning strategy and leadership, learning design and capability, and learning delivery and experience. Delegates discussed practical approaches to using AI in learning design, strengthening workforce capabilities and connecting learning initiatives to performance at work.
The discussions at ALTX 2026 pointed to an enduring priority for organisations: as learning technology advances, they must continue to understand their people and invest in their development.
