Australia ‘should follow lead’ of UK to declare Iran’s Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist group

Former Labor MP Michael Danby says “Australia should definitely follow the UK’s lead on this as countries throughout the Western world should.”

The United Kingdom is set to declare Iran’s Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist group as more Iranian drones are being used by Russia to attack Ukrainian civilians.

“Even in the Biden administration … hate what the Iranians are doing to ukrainian civillians … and look at the women in Iran,” Mr Danby told Sky News host Gary Hardgrave

“The Iranians have painted themselves as a very bad international operator.”
