GCHQ head Sir Jeremy Fleming has given a “big warning” about China’s values and influence, says Sky News host Peta Credlin.
Sir Jeremy gave a lecture arguing China’s leaders were using technology to secure control over their own populace and those abroad.
“It’s deliberately and patiently set out to gain strategic advantage by shaping the world’s technology ecosystems,” he said.
“They see nations as potential adversaries, or potential client states – to be threatened, bribed, or coerced.”
