Toronto Police say the victim was riding a TTC bus on Dundas St. W. near Acorn Ave. – just west of Kipling Ave. – when the man boarded around 8 p.m. on May 6.

Article content

The man allegedly sat down close to the victim and sexually assaulted the person, whose gender and age were not released.

The victim then exited the bus at the next stop, police say.

A suspect was subsequently identified and investigators have released images of the man hoping someone will recognize him and come forward.

The man is described as about 20 years old, 6-feet-tall, with a thin build, short black hair and glasses. He was wearing a grey hooded sweater, blue jeans, black shoes, a dark baseball hat with large black earphones over it, and carrying a black backpack.
