Germany involved in aid corridor for Gaza

Berlin (dpa) – Germany is involved in the planned maritime corridor for humanitarian aid for Gaza. “More aid must reach Gaza,” German Chancellor Olaf Scholz wrote on the platform X on Friday. “That’s why we’re working with the European Commission and other countries, including the US, Qatar and UAE, to support a maritime humanitarian corridor from Cyprus to Gaza. This support is urgently needed.”
