Homa Bay governor Gladys Wanga surprised President William Ruto with a gift during the head of state’s tour of the county.
Ruto was in the county to kick-start his two-day working tour of the Nyanza region.
The president received a kingly welcome despite the divergent political standing between him and the electorate from the region.
“Special gift from Gladys Wanga to President William Ruto,” said Dennis Itumbi.
