Honor Debuts X9e s Smartphone in the Middle East
Honor has officially unveiled the X9e s in the Middle Eastern market, highlighting its impressive battery capacity as a standout feature. Priced at 1,499 Saudi Riyals (approximately Rs 38,000), the device boasts an extensive 8,560mAh battery and supports 80W wired charging, emphasizing its focus on long-lasting performance.
This smartphone features a familiar design, essentially mirroring the Honor Turbo 5G under a new moniker. Users who are acquainted with the Turbo 5G will likely recognize many specifications in this latest offering.
Specifications and Performance
Encased in a sleek body measuring 7.76 mm in thickness and weighing 196 grams, the Honor X9e s is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor paired with an Adreno 810 GPU. The device is equipped with 8GB of RAM and offers a single storage option of 256GB, running on MagicOS 10 atop Android 16.
The impressive display features a 6.79-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen capable of a 120Hz refresh rate, achieving peak brightness levels of 1,800 nits and incorporating 3,840Hz PWM dimming technology.
Camera functionalities include a dual-lens rear setup with a primary 50MP sensor and a 5MP ultrawide lens, complemented by a 16MP front-facing camera.
The device supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC capabilities. For wired connections, a USB-C port is available, although it operates at USB 2.0 speeds, which may be a drawback when transferring larger files. An optical fingerprint sensor integrated into the display serves as the unlocking mechanism.

The 8GB/256GB variant is available for 1,499 Saudi Riyals (around Rs 38,000) in three color options: Dawn Orange, Glacier White, and Midnight Black. Customers purchasing from Honor’s UAE store can also receive complimentary items valued at 298 Saudi Riyals (around Rs 7,500), which include an Honor coffee cup, one year of accidental damage coverage, and a year-long battery capacity guarantee service.
