A serious investigation into a person’s demise has been launched after police weren’t conscious of a severe assault going down in public till 12 hours after it occurred.
Police have since been advised that two males, aged 40 and 36, have been concerned in an argument in a “public thoroughfare” close to The Crescent in Fairfield simply earlier than 103.0pm on October 24.
It’s alleged the youthful man assaulted the 40-year-old, who fell to the bottom earlier than allegedly being positioned on a close-by bench.

The injured man was solely found at about 10.20am the next morning by a passer-by, who discovered him unresponsive and referred to as emergency providers.
