A person has been flown to hospital with a serious injury after two jet boats collided near Wānaka.
A police spokesperson said they were advised on the crash near the Albert Town bridge about 2.20pm on Friday.

A person suffered a serious back injury, and was stranded on an island in the river with about six others from the boats.
A helicopter was called to retrieve them.
Maritime NZ was to be advised of the incident.
