Mr Robertson said there were classes to suit individuals of all ages, starting at just six months old.
“With swimming programs designed to support all ages and abilities, there are ‘the littles’ classes for six months through to four years old, where the basics of water safety and foundational skills are instilled,” he said.
“Learn to Swim — 400 Gold is an eight-stage program and the next step for children aged four and older.
“Here, swimmers build confidence, awareness and progress skill competency while working toward the 400m goal.
“Our Squad program is a three-stage program, where swimmers hone technical skills and explore competitive swimming in squad format for mastery, health and wellness.
“The adults program has multiple options for swimmers 18 years and over, from learning how to swim through to technique development and general fitness.”
