Next, rinse and pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
Create the Dry Rub and season the meat:

Mix the ingredients thoroughly to create a flavorful dry rub.
-
Generously sprinkle the dry rub mixture over both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
-
Drizzle the cooking oil and mustard over the ribs and rub it in to create a base for the dry rub to adhere to.
-
Use your hands to massage the rub into the meat, making sure it adheres well.
-
Place the seasoned ribs in a zip-top bag or wrap them in plastic wrap.
-
Refrigerate the ribs for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to infuse into the meat.
-
Preheat your airfryer grill to medium heat, around 175°C).
-
Place the seasoned ribs on some foil and wrap it up before placing them in the airfryer.
-
Cook for about 1 hour, or until they are tender and the meat easily pulls away from the bone.

One of the best tips to get the perfect airfryer ribs is covering your Airfryer BBQ Pork Ribs with foil during the air frying process. This way, you can ensure that they remain irresistibly moist. The foil acts as a barrier, trapping in the moisture and resulting in a juicy and tender texture that will have you craving more.
