In a great moment caught on camera during a friendly match between Hamilton and Uni Mil in Cape Town, a big prop ran through the heart of the opposition’s defence before effortlessly brushing aside the last defender.
In the now viral clip, prop Boeta du Preez, standing at first receiver, throws a dummy and then puts his head down and storms ahead through several attempted tackles, before brushing off a feeble attempt from Uni Mil’s fullback.
Du Preen bounced the No 15 off to ruthlessly, that he went flying through the air from just outside the 22 to a few metres inside the 22.
Hamilton RFC, based in Green Point in Cape Town, is the oldest rugby club in South Africa.
