VANCOUVER, B.C.: OCT. 30, 2023 – The last Monday of October is looking good: Mostly sunny, with a high of 12 C. It’ll get cold overnight, with a low of 2 C. Clouds will start moving in on Tuesday but it should stay dry for trick-or-treating on Halloween night. Then, as we enter November, the weather will switch to rain, showers, and more rain.
