According to him, about 90 per cent of the injured jawans have gone back to the front after recovery.

Incomplete training and lack of skills

Not only this, but now Russia is also trying to forcibly send volunteers to fight with Ukraine. President Putin recently passed a decree that provides for the punishment of volunteers who refuse to go into battle.
The people who are being sent to the battlefield either do not know about using big weapons or they have only basic information. In this way, Russia’s soldiers are having food on the battlefield.
Soldiers going to the front are being paid about 3500 dollars by Russia. Soldiers who go to war are forced to because they have no choice. Many of the soldiers sent to the front do not even know how to operate a machine gun properly. After a few weeks of survival training, the exercise of sending them to the front is now weighing heavily on Russia.
On the website of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, four weeks of arms and survival training for soldiers is required. An agreement is signed with the soldiers going to the front. Sergei Krivenko, director of the Human Rights Group of Russia, says that they are completely ignorant of the battlefield. The result is their death.
According to Samuel Craney, a military analyst at the London-based Royal United Service Institute think tank, it is very important for soldiers to learn how to maintain harmony on the battlefield. Without it, self-preservation is very difficult.
Dara Mesicot, a senior analyst at the American think tank RAND, said that many times these soldiers do not even have complete information about their commanders. Technically, these young people are not sound. Therefore, Russia is suffering the loss of more soldiers in the war with Ukraine.
