The industry is back to converging physically to make up for lost time during the pandemic. RS took part in the Industrial Automation Asia Pacific (ITAP) 2022 – which was nothing less than successful.
In fact, the company deemed the pandemic as one of the opportunities for product development and enhancements. Additionally, anticipating what is to come post-pandemic, RS was also armed with tools to help manufacturers to reduce downtime through predictive maintenance and inventory control for the semiconductor sector.
Maximising The Time
In response to what RS had been up to, Eileen said, “For starters, ITAP gave us a platform to feature our products and solutions. We have also learned a lot through the pandemic; noticed substantial pain points and challenges customers are confronted with. Some of our solutions were created because of business’ requirements to better productivity.” Responsible for RS Southeast Asia’s business, Eileen leads the commercial team in delivering innovative and value-added services together with their robust digital platform.
