A frontrunner has emerged to sign Terrence Ross

The Orlando Magic and veteran guard Terrence Ross are finalizing a contract buyout, allowing him to become a free agent.

The Dallas Mavericks have emerged as the frontrunner to sign Ross once his buyout is complete.

Ross, 32, has averaged just 9.2 PPG in 22.8 MPG across 105 appearances since the start of last season.
