For example, look at the Portland Trail Blazers. Folks have been calling for them to rebuild for years.
Still, they seem to insist on putting the best team around Damian Lillard that they can.
If that remains their stance this summer, could they trade for Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers?
