The Skyway Resource Center project is the full renovation of an existing former US Bank branch office building into a community multi-resource center. The building was originally built in the 1960’s and the project will bring the building up to current codes and standards to create a comfortable and efficient community hub in the center of Skyway neighborhood. Work includes, but is not limited to: building envelope improvements, upgrading of all major building systems, asbestos abatement, replacement of all interior fixtures and finishes, minimal site and utility work, and more.
