‘Cuba’s Venice’ fights for survival

Isabela de Sagua, a small town on Cuba’s northern coast known for years as the ‘Venice of Cuba’, is fighting to survive climate change and an exodus of its young people. Although half the population has left this idyllic spot on the Cuban coast, many of the remaining 3,000 residents say they have no intention of leaving.
