The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) is looking into a scuffle that broke out in court between one of its officials and three of the men on trial for the murder of former Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa.
Muzi Sibiya, Bongani Ntanzi, Mthobisi Mncube, Mthokoziseni Maphisa and Fisokuhle Ntuli appeared in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on Monday, where the trial is being held.
During the tea break, while court was not in session, a fracas broke out between a correctional services officer attached to the emergency support team and Mncube, Maphisa and Ntuli.
