Ernest Bai Koroma had this to say at the National Delegate convention

Ernest Bai Koroma, by his own admission yesterday at the APC National Delegate Convention (NDC), had this to say:

I have been busy exporting peace to other parts of Africa, but my country is not peaceful because of the actions and inactions of my party.I have been globe-trotting other parts of the world, preaching political tolerance, but my party’s APC does not accommodate political opponents. We have been preaching naked tribalism, nepotism, regionalism, thuggery, and violence against the Southeast people.When former president Koroma said this of his own party, it leaves no one in doubt as to why anyone with the right sense would support such a conservative party like APC. The fact remains that the APC has nothing better to offer Sierra Leone at the moment. Please, SLPP members Stay focused and don’t be distracted. President Julius Maada Bio-re-election is a must. In other news today in Makeni, shops and brutes ran out of condoms, and naked prostitution in the open marked the opening day processions of the APC NDC.As I write, the police in the northern province cannot cope with the number of rape cases they have had to deal with within the last twelve hours. The gains made by the hands-off our girls project in the city of Makeni have been wiped off by the lawless APC supporters assembled here in Makeni. No one knows whether the local city clinics will cope with day two. APC is a disease in this country unless we are united as a nation to eradicate it. Let us be united to re-elect President Bio and come together to support the only democratic political party in Sierra Leone for the past 70 years. One country, one people. Godwin
