Police have this evening located a 10-year-old-boy reported missing in Hamilton today.
“We would like to thank those who provided information which led to him being located,” police said in a statement.
Kelsey was last seen at 4.40pm on 12 December 2022 near Hamilton’s Carlson Crescent.

Kelsey was wearing black trackpants, a black and white long sleeve shirt, and jandals.
