Two people were attacked in Queen Elizabeth Park earlier tonight.
Two people have been arrested after an assault in a Christchurch park.
Christchurch police were called to Queen Elizabeth Park, New Brighton, about 9pm on Saturday after reports of an assault.
It appears two people were injured, a police communications spokesperson said.
“Police are in attendance and have taken two people into custody. Enquiries are ongoing.”
