Singapore may be small, but there are so many things to see and do in this wonderful city. If you’re here for a small vacation or you’re short on time on your business trip, here’s a quick four-day itinerary with the essentials you must see.
Day One
Start your tour with a historical tour. At first glance, you may think that Singapore was always this modern gleaming city with tall, sleek buildings and modern structures. But, Singapore was a British colony in the 19th century and you can still see glimpses of the historical heritage at Fort Canning. The hill you see today was the headquarters of the British Army Barracks as well as the Far East Command Center.
Day Two
If you want to truly explore this land, you must pay a visit to the vibrant museums here. The must-see museums include the Asian Civilizations Museum, the National Museum of Singapore, and the National Gallery of Singapore. The gallery houses over 8000 works of art that belongs to the 19th century as well as contemporary art pieces. Day Three
