In a new blog post, the company said it has 40 more games scheduled to be released in 2023. There are almost 100 additional titles being developed through partners and Netflix’s in-house game studios.
Our goal is to develop a broad portfolio of games — in different genres and formats — because we believe everyone can find joy in games if they discover the one (or many!) that is right for them.
This year we’re going to continue building our portfolio — and that means new games every month. Members will discover indie darlings, award-winning hits, RPGs, narrative adventures, puzzle games and everything in between, and we’re working with the world’s leading studios to bring you these games.
On April 18, the second exclusive game from Ubisoft will arrive for Netflix subscribers. Mighty Quest: Rogue Palace is set in a fun universe detailed in a previous game—The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot.
The rogue-lite game features frantic action gameplay along with a deepened narrative and improved formula.
You won’t need to wait much longer until Terra Nil lands on March 28. The game is a tranquil, reverse city builder. Gamers will transform a lifeless landscape into a paradise.
Builder will encounter randomized and challenging terrain like mountains, snaking rivers, and much more.
Netflix also announced that both Monument Valley and Monument Valley 2 will arrive for subscribers in 2024. Both of those beautiful adventure games are currently available for Apple Arcade subscribers. It’s unknown if the games will be available on both options simultaneously.
Two other upcoming new games teased include a title from Super Evil Megacorp based on an upcoming Netflix releases. A sequel for Too Hot to Handle: Love is a Game will also arrive sometime this year. Netflix said that the first game in the series is one of the most popular games to date.
