A woman has been arrested following an attack at a North Shore library that resulted in it closing for two days.
Auckland Council confirmed the incident happened at Glenfield Library last Thursday.
A 27-year-old woman appeared in court today charged with kidnapping and wounding with intent to cause greivous bodily harm.
The police say the investigation is ongoing and further arrests are possible.
